I have both Vortex and Nexus Mod Manager installed on my computer. Will having either of these flag as bannable software? All I have installed through them atm are fallout NV mods and XCOM 2 mods. Will installing more or loading/injecting them cause me to get banned? Kinda scared to lose everything I've worked for in destiny just to blast deathclaws to DOOM OST in new vegas.

Installed, will not cause issues. For your protection, do not have them (or others) running while playing d2.
We do not ban players for simply having cheat tools installed, but do ban for running them while playing Destiny 2. We do not differentiate between cheat tools for Destiny 2 and cheat tools for other games because it would be easy to avoid a ban by making a Destiny 2 cheat tool that pretends to be a cheat tool for another game. Make sure you turn all cheat tools off before running Destiny 2 and you won’t have to worry about bans.
(source)

Just don’t run them while playing. I have cheat programs for other games on my pc too but never run them while online due to fear of bans. I’ve owned this game since the beta and never had an issue because I never leave them on in the background

Bump , for awareness. I wouldn’t take the chance either if I was you. From what I read on here providing none of it is running in the background while you’re playing destiny you should be OK. Although definitely don’t take my word for it.
