So, basiacally I just had noticed it when I wanted to move my grenade launcher with DIM to my other character. My godroll "Play of the Game" grenade launcher which was masterworked to the fullest with blast radius changed to lvl. 1 and velocity type... WTF? You can clearly see "Crucible Opponents Defeated 254" right under it's power level as proof. It happened with new DLC update for sure, but how is it even possible and how can it be fixed?!
