Finishing Eris' Luna's Recall before soft cap stops you from getting the weekly powerful reward.
You don't know what gives you powerful rewards until after you hit soft cap, so you don't know that you shouldn't finish Luna's Recall, which I'm guessing is the same or that you need it for Luna's Calling, before hitting the 900 soft cap. Now, you I'll missing a powerful reward this week because the powerful reward activities aren't shown until you hit the soft cap.
