tl;dr restart your game and it should go away. This is just something that I was experiencing but after I had logged into the game and realized that my username was something dumb I made in Steam as a joke, I then SHIFT + TAB into my Steam UI and changed my "username" in my friend list, after that I kept experiencing Olive error codes. I would constantly get booted to orbit after accessing the vault, postmaster, going to the moon, during activities, my friends would join, we would join the moon mission and we would get kicked shortly after and the party disbanded. When I talked in game my name would flash between the old username and the one I had set in the friend list when I talked from my friend's point of view. When we were both on a planet my friend appeared as an unloaded character, and I couldn't join him from my Roster but he was able to join me, it was very strange. After restarting and my in-game name in my character screen matched my steam name, the error codes and persistent problem stopped immediately. Just a word of warning Guardians, set your steam name before booting up the game.
