Something that me and my friends find really annoying in this game is inventory management. Every time you go into a new type of activity, you have to go through and switch up what gear you have equipped to get the best combination of perks to help you in whatever activity you happen to be attempting. This isn't so bad to do once in a while, but over the course of several hours of play, you end up spending an inordinate amount of time in your inventory. Add onto that the fact that I may have 3 versions of the same armor or gun in my inventory at once with different traits on them, and this gets to be extremely time consuming (there isn't really a good way to distinguish them without opening up the details of that item and remembering which one is which).
I think it would be amazing to have some sort of loadout system where you can save different combinations of gear for different activities. I.e. maybe I can have a PvE loadout and a PvP loadout. Or even better: one for Strikes, one for Gambit, one for Crucible, one for Raids, etc. What if the loadouts could have an auto-switch setting with maybe a drop down menu or something like that where I can set it to auto change my loadout based on what type of activity I'm doing? I'm not sure what the technical limitations are on something like this, but it would be awesome if it's possible.

At least Destiny let's you mess with your inventory while loading/flying. Every other game makes you wait staring at a static image

1 ответI wish it was in game too, but it would slow down the menus that much more (on console). That said, start using destiny item manager, and never look back. That thing is set to my homepage on my desktop - i log into that before i log into destiny. It's not just inventory and loadout management. It has progression tracking for almost every aspect of the game. It also has a comparison tool where you bring up all copies of an item so you can see whats good and whats trash. They also have a loadout optimizer. Trust me, just use it, it is better than anything the Dev's at bungie will ever be able to make without crashing the game.

2 отв.I use Ishtar Commander on mobile to quickly change my loadout between activities. Gets the job done well

1 ответI’ve wanted saved loadouts forever. Make things easier for quick swaps for certain maps or strikes or whatever. I’d also really love if we could nickname our weapons so we can easily decipher which gun is which; example; if you had three austringers you could rename them based upon their perks and which activity you like them in. I don’t know. I’m crazy

1 ответMove emotes to a "hold up" drop list where we select one from that then use the other three directions as Hotkeys, Add loadouts kinda like Monster Hunter World then let us hotkey loadouts or consumables with the other three directions. Imagine if all you needed to do to use a Fireteam Medallion was tap left on the directional button or tap right to change loadouts.

Изменено (ToRni27): 9/15/2019 10:04:17 PMInventory and vault are very 1998. I can not believe that bungie can not provide us a better system in 2019. Even DIM a fan site can do this. Bungie com'on....

Agree, wish it was more in Game. There is a great tool, if you have a phone or a computer close by when you are playing called Destinyitemmanager here at https://destinyitemmanager.com/. You can do exactly and more what you state above. Only issue if that service is down or you don't have easy access while you play. It certainly has helped me on less runs to the Tower just to clear my postmaster and has let me setup several loadouts for all my characters that you can change in game.. even helps you build loadouts by selecting perks you want and set Mobility, Res and Recovery targets.
