I have a GTX 1050ti, i7, and 16gb RAM with a 1080p display. At lowest settings and everything turned off (including Vsync), my frame rate is constantly fluctuating. In orbit, I get easily 100+ frames. In crucible, I jump from 20 to 40 to 60. Most of the time it's around 40, but that's not in a gunfight. When I encounter players, frames suddenly plummet to around 18. In PvE, same thing. When i'm just roaming around, I get around 50-60. When I encounter enemies (even if it's not many), I get around 40, and, of course, it will also drop suddenly when I go up close. I'm trying to find out why this is. I have switched from fulscreen to bordered and everything in between. Some work, some don't. The ones that do don't all the time. I have the latest driver for Nvidia btw. I have also did the "prefer maximum power" thing on the Control Panel. Help?
