Putting the effort into creating that incentive knowing the activity and leveling up the gear is repetitive that doesn't really give an incentive? I've seen a hell of a lot of excuses people have been making up all over this forum about the event knowing Bungie had an entire year to come up with plenty of options to offer that incentive. Sure, they fixed it, but that was after the fact of them being silent the entire time riding the event out. So knowing the quote above and what has taken place with Solstice. If I'm correct, isn't Barrett basically saying "we've learned from our mistake and we will do better from here on out"?
