You need to contact Microsoft. You'll need to do one of two things. Either have them refund the annual pass and remove your license for the annual pass. Or, have them give you a credit towards the purchase of the Forsaken Complete collection. Forsaken is required for the Annual pass, they shouldn't have allowed you to purchase it is you don't own Forsaken.
