As Help8 mentioned, it's a known issue being investigated on. For the time being, one of the current possible workarounds may help you in such an instance in the future until a fix can be found and implemented (take note that after doing one, you may need to give the game a few moments to properly sync up): -Open your Director and go to your Pursuits tab. If a completed pursuit suddenly pops up saying it's completed, close your director and see if things load properly in a few moments. -Open your Director and go to your Pursuits tab and complete a bounty if you have one done -Try changing your currently equipped weapon(s) and/or armor. -Dismantle a piece of equipment (preferably a rare blue you got from your current playthrough; don't get rid of anything you want to keep because you won't get it back). -If you use an app for item transfers, use the app to transfer a random piece of equipment onto your character Hopefully one of the possible workarounds gets you by the loading and syncing issue.
