So the 15th wish is linked to the Other Side mission. I don’t know if the wish is in the game already, but I know it will be in the game this season. I don’t know if it’s actually IN the mission either or if it just involves you beating the mission. All I know is that it’s 100% linked to the mission somehow.
So everyone needs to start looking because this wish is supposed to change a lot about the Dreaming City!

Probably just before Shadowkeep. A way to kick off the next season.

Riven did say we would cherish it so it should do something really cool

As I don’t personally participate in raiding, I’ve only poked around the Last Wish raid here and there using the Wishes that have already been found. In my poking I was able to locate a couple of the already discovered wishes on my own, albeit well after they had been found and catalogued by others. But some questions arise. Of all the other wishes: • Were any of them located within any sections of the Last Wish Raid in which you enter the Ascendant Realm? • Were any of them located outside of the Raid, but still within the Dreaming City? Such as in the weekly Ascendant Challenges? • Lastly, were any of them located even outside of the Dreaming City itself? There are, after all, only so many places outside of the Dreaming City in which we enter Ascendant Realms. Granted, the adventure to obtain Bad Juju takes place within the Ascendant Realm, but it is quite clearly the Ascendant Realm located on the Leviathan. And while one could argue that the Hive and Taken use the Ascendant Realm to travel between areas it is therefore possible someone or something could have carried a placard showing the wish from the Dreaming City to the Leviathan within the Ascendant Realm, it would feel kind of... Forced, I guess? On a slight tangent, there is a lot of chatter from people suggesting the 51st Tribute will be a statue honoring Cayde, because Calus suggests it is something we shall “truly cherish”. What if, instead, the Final Tribute is a placard that displays the Fifteenth Wish? Of course, that runs into the issue of how Calus got his hands on it... But I would find it especially amusing. After all, Calus is largely an insecure tyrant who projects his own delusions and power fantasies upon others (just look at the entries in the Chronicon). He is exactly he type of person who believes our Guardian would “truly cherish” the opportunity to “grow fat with power” so out Guardian can fulfill the role he envisions for us as being the penultimate creature in the Universe to die, as Calus embraces our body in his own final moments... (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)

Even though "The Chronicon" lore book is basically a fan fic, I would like to point out that in "MCXX", our guardian exclaims:
I am the Young Wolf. I killed the Taken King. I defeated Ghaul, I roused the Traveler, I silenced the Moon, I stopped the invasion, I broke the curse, I killed the queen!
To me this insinuates that we experience shadowkeep and then the darkness arrives, and then we end the curse. But as a side note I would like to mention that it recalls rise of iron before the taken king, so it could be completely inaccurate in timelines. But again it's just a calus fan fiction.

I was wondering why Riven's Taken was there.

How do you know? Did I miss a memo somewhere? I've been convinced there isn't a wish 15. I'm not a sceptic, just super curious.
