At max heat, the weapon will automatically fire rounds that afflict them with a burn and have a chance to not consume ammo. Targets burning take bonus damage from all solar sources. More specific (crucible numbers, somebody else can work out the pve numbers): Targets afflicted by the burn take 2 burn damage per tick for 5 ticks. Targets burning take an additional 20% damage from all solar sources. If targets are burning due to an external burn source (incindieary grenade, solar grenade, etc.) deal bonus damage with this weapon (essentially, so long as they are burning this weapon will deal bonus damage, but the burn it afflicts will allow all solar attacks to deal bonus damage). Chance to not consume ammo 60%. Max heat lasts for 5 seconds. Takes 14 rounds to build max heat.
