Outbreak mission declared a failed when My team beat every ad, the boss and the devil walkers
I'm here to say that my team was doing the outbreak normal. And when we defeated the first walker, then the boss, then the extra soldiers and the walker. But once the last walker was killed, it said mission completed but then the timer declared it as a fail. We defeated the mission fair and square.

two things may have happened that lead to your team to fail ran out of time (if ship didnt spawned u ran out of time) or oyu left an add (small add even) alive In both of these cases, you certainly DO NOT get the weapon, because the mission failed The mission fail even if you kill the last boss, if you let adds alive when timer runs out
