1/3? Well it provided what they showed us on the roadmap, so I guess it's a, "you," problem.
Which has been common place when it comes to the Destiny franchise. People having lofty expectations all while ignoring what Bungie has shown to be what is to be expected.
And I do understand that the original hype train that Bungie created prior to D1's release, led to many inflated expectations, but we aren't talking about pre D1 anymore. D1 launched and many felt underwhelmed. But it at least set the bar for what to expect. And Bungie has tried to be more clear with what they are offering.
The pass, so far, has followed the roadmap they presented. So it is pretty much what I expected.

It’s definitely “you” problem in my case. After years of playing D1, how much they manipulate and control what/when/how “you” should follow the roadmap down to each step got amplified to the max, and that’s a humongous problem for me.

The roadmaps weren’t at all manipulative, misleading, or hell even intriguing. When forsaken launched I advised against buying the annual pass, and only bought it myself at launch black armory to play with friends in the forges (wasn’t a terrible experience).

I was not saying anything if at all about the roadmap (which I did not care much at all). My biggest problem with how much they (Bungie) would go out of their to discredit my effort and time while deceiving me of having “impactful experience” when I got short-changed. Despite of all the things we all learned in D1, they made annoying things worse! I had over 12k legendary shards, that only get me 12 enhancement cores from Spyder. Was that Impactful? Absolutely! Sure, I should read the fine print about the price doubled on consecutive purchase. What a shitty way to treat your loyal players with a lot of material they earned from playing the game! Yet there were others got thousands of cores from a glitch. Glimmers capped at 100k. 5000 for 5 material; 100 materials for maxed out glimmers; 1 shard could also buy 5 materials if available, but only 2500 glimmers. Really? They have to rob you on your glimmers to make it feel impactful? It’s like bullying kindergarteners as if they could not get how much is 3+5. There are the weekly bounties of 7 or 8 daily bounties, but there are only 5 daily ones. I had full sets of armors for all 3 characters from Eververse drops, but I never had enough cores to infuse them in order to use them, so I deleted them all. The things (quantitatively) I got from this $30 annual pass are absolutely on par with expectations, but the quality, fun and thrill of getting them had long diminished. I have started deleting 700 stuff that are no different from any blue or regular legendary drops. How impactful is that? I get it, that’s when people say “you played too much.”

The community asked for roadmaps or at least better communication from Bungie, on what to expect. They listened and gave us the road map. I guess my question to you then, is why did you expect 2/3 more content? And they did offer some unexpected stuff, so maybe you expected 1/3 more?
