If you’re unhappy with your purchase you should’ve read what was in it before you bought it.

Could I assume that you never bought any books? Or you paid for all the movies you were “happy with” and the likes after you consumed or “read what’s in there”? I mean, how could you decide what to buy if you ....
-
This is a game not a book. They clearly stated what was in it before it launched.
-
My bad to compare the logic in reasoning instead of actual material type. So, when I get the “package” since they clearly stated what’s in there, I just need to count and make sure nothing is missing, and be on my merry way, right?

If you buy a sandwich and the sandwich was marketed with having bacon, lettuce and tomato on it, don’t complain when they don’t give you a pickle.
-
Did you complain when they did not give you a pickle with your BLT? I would never care for a pickle unless it’s from the West Bank. Had some pickles at friend’s party this weekend, that was damn good pickles and it’s made in the West Bank.
-
If the menu didn’t say I would get a pickle with my blt, I have no reason to complain.
-
But if I were you and like a pickle with my BLT, I could always ask for a pickle whether I need to pay for it or it’s not on the menu whatnot. You see, your reasoning of “should not complain” “if not on the menu” does not apply here. In reality people may complain based on their own (incorrect/inaccurate) assumptions, but more common scenario is that people would get facts straight before doing anything in that nature, it’s called basic social functions.

I get what I bought and I bought a blt. I get what I bought and I bought the annual pass.

If I get a BLT that is as good as I expected, I will get it again. I bought an annual pass and I have to suffer a lot of frustration and waste time before I can enjoy it and while “playing” without having the fun than I expected, I will not get another one even it’s clearly stated what’s in a different “sandwich”.
This is a game not a book. They clearly stated what was in it before it launched.
No they didn’t. They gave a vague PR sales pitch to build hype, and a commercial, a week before it launched and almost 6 months after they started taking pre-orders.

Look at the roadmap.
Look at the roadmap.
So, would you buy a book by just looking at its table of contents? I mean, “roadmap” for a novel? Sorry, it’s a book not a game again.
-
Everything that’s in the annual pass was stated to be in the annual pass before launch.
-
Everything that’s in the annual pass was stated to be in the annual pass before launch.
It wasn’t though.
-
Look at the roadmap.
The roadmap came out a week before Black Armory launched with the hype video. The roadmap doesn’t say “no new strikes or PvP maps for 6 months” does it? That seems to be a big problem for a lot of players.
