Wouldn't that nullify the most of the very creative ornaments Bungie has made for exotics already?
No some ornaments can also get affected by shaders, so it wouldn't really destroy their very very super "making content is hard" hard work

LOL, the -blam!-? If they are creative this wouldn't nullify them, just enchance them

Sarcasm ain't your thing, is it toots?

Sorry, i can't see what is sarcasm and what's real after reading some things on the forum

Well you can apply shaders on exotic armor.. But maybe it's that eververse sells exclusive weapon ornaments and they would lose some appeal if you could customize with shaders.
-
If the ornaments are only reskins without the additions of new things such as the change of wire on the rusty OP ornament, then they’re just lazy. The ornaments should add new things like malfeasance’s red string on its ornament. Shaders should be allowed on exotics.

That Jade Malfeasance skin is damn sweet though... shame the gun itself is pretty mediocre. Really wish it was an energy slot handcannon, make so much more sense with its perk.

It wouldn’t, exotic armor pieces have ornaments and the ability to apply any shader of your choosing offering players ways to further customize their characters. Why shaders can’t be applied to exotic weapons is beyond question considering literally all of our gear down to our ships, sparrows and ghost shells can all have shaders alike. Even when you preview a shader if you have an exotic primary equipped the shader is applies to said weapon. The only reason that makes sense is because they want players to personally purchase silver to get ornaments ( assuming they don’t feel like earning 100 engrams to get them) in order to change the look of their exotic weapons. Considering our weapons are the only thing we can see at all times while playing.
