"You should be able to play the way you want to play", well RNG and the core economy don't exactly help. And add to that the time you may have available to play, especially for people who have kids or work full time etc. People like to identify with their character somewhat, for example j liked the Cabal themed armour for the titan and then they changed the armour system and refused to retcon the D2 armour with perks. Astonishing. This will lose people from the game, and while hard core people will say "good get lost" you can't be successful without the volume of players so you have the income to develop a new version, think about that when you hope the new version will be for you, if there is one...
