Telesto isn't really getting a nerf. It's getting a fix in PvP because it was doing much more damage than other fusion rifles in its archetype. In PvE it's actually getting a damage buff though.

Not at all a rocket can kill 2 people at ounce so can't tractor cannon grenade launchars and so on. it doesn't need adjusting leave it alone!

It's bugged, they are fixing it. If people wouldn't have heard about the nerf, they probably wouldn't even realize it got one. It will take maybe one or two extra bolts out of like the 10 that it shoot to kill someone. Say it currently takes four to kill someone, after the update, it will take 5. Most people won't even know.
