I dunno why but my skin went kinda unclean since December started. Might have to do with me finishing my 1000 calories per day diet. I'm still eating somewhat healthy and don't consume too much calories, yet my skin went unclean. Maybe I'm eating too much chicken breast or fish (each day a piece) and it's too much protein or hormones, or it's milk products like cheese, or because I eat 1-2 eggs each day. I didn't even eat candy or unhealthy kind of bread in the last 6 days. Only sweet stuff I ate is a small portion raisins and a teaspoon full honey each day. Too many unpredictable factors.
Anyways, I said "-blam!- you body you're not gonna get anything but water now, because I want a good looking skin on my face when I see my family on christmas eve and when we're eating in a restaurant on christmas day."
Well it's all theory but I hope that's making my skin cleaner.
