TL;DR
From what little I did read, the answer is no. This is because 1) account security is not Bungie’s responsibility, and 2) Bungie’s policy is to not transfer items/progress from one account to another.

thank you for the replies just wish tehre was a way to terminate the account and my data so that they do not any longer have access to it as they no longer have access to my Bungie profile if not i will forever watch the account and use dim to try and destroy my characters
