An option for cross platform progression would be a great feature to add to Destiny. Cross progression would simply let the players switch between console and PC and still keep all of their characters, gear, and other inventory. This feature would be a win for Bungie and a win for players. Bungie gains more sales and the player gains more ways to play! It would be an easy sell for Bungie because we would instantly gain access to our characters and inventory, which is mainly what has prevented a lot of people (myself included) from switching over entirely to PC from xbox. This is not an argument for cross play... I understand that there are a lot of different opinions for/against cross play, which is why it might be easier to add cross progression instead. Anyway, the summary of this post is I would definitely be interested in purchasing another copy of the game on PC if it meant that I got to keep my characters/inventory from xbox.
