2 of my items are just gone from all characters. I've checked postmaster, and inventory on all 3 of my characters and my 560 shotgun and 540 exotic chest are gone. I was trying to transfer them from my main to my titan and the app said the transfer failed. The items are now nowhere to be found. I would like to either find them or have bungie replace them since this was an issue with their service and not some accidental deletion of them items on my part. Any suggestions of how to find them or how I can get in contact with bungie for this particular issue would be great. *Edit* Please do not answer with a simple "Just reclaim them from collections" Sure I could do that for the exotic chest because it is not randomized, but I also already spent good shards to get it from Xur, and on top of that it would not be at the same light level.
