I have been playing since day 1 of Destiny. The PvP aspect of the game, while not enjoyable to me, is a necessary evil. Since I have played, Cayde has been a special part of my Desiny life/what ever you want to call it. My problem is with the Ace of Spades. I feel a lack of closure because I can not and probably will not be able to complete this exotic quest chain that started at the beginning of the DLC. In all of my time playing I have never seen the top of a crucible score screen. "Git Gud noob!" Isn't really an option for me. If I haven't got gud by now I probably wont. This is not a whine or gripe thread. I don't have a problem with being forced to play PvP to complete an exotic quest line. But couldn't we just complete 5 games of gambit? Or for that extra bit of difficulty, win 5 games of gambit. Tying someone's hands to play PvP against good PvP players with a single condition I feel hampers their ability to fully help their team not to mention puts them at a disadvantage when playing against players who are able to use everything at their disposal against you. I have played many games of gambit to complete this quest only to still be at 0/5 hand cannon kills. When I'm not being oneshotted by a sleeper, I usually lose out on the invader kill by a teammate with an auto rifle or a bow. Making a less cumbersome quest step like playing/winning gambit games would make gambit more enjoyable instead of frustrating to the point of never wanting to play destiny 2 at all. I cant speak for anyone but myself but I know I would gladly play more gambit if I wasn't constantly reminded that a huge part of my destiny experience wasn't walled behind something that is a virtual impossibility for me.
