Remember back in D1 PVE when you were in a pinch and you popped an ammo synth and you got all your ammo back? Yeah, we need that back.

Provide our ghost with light levels. When I mean create ammo passively you select what ammo that you want the ghost to create 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, and you can also increase its capabilities of creating ammo quicker by picking up orbs of light that are created from Masterwork weapons. To provide some additional context on our ghost healing us this function operates independently from our armor stats, essentially for a certain period of time while in combat our ghost is healing us/providing an over shield, so this stacks on top of armor perks and stats making the guardian more powerful in the process.Since we have the new laser tech in the game our ghost should be able to attack enemies when we equip it with a laser mod.

I'm all in for this... Or... Yellow bar enemies NEED to drop a heavy brick EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It's like exotic engrams... They nerfed the drop rate AND the power level they drop at, except with Heavy Ammo, they took away synths and put in place a RNG system for their drop rate from yellow bars. Double dipping into that disappointment barrel.

How often are you really in that kind of a pinch though? Unless you're doing something seriously wrong like blowing all your heavy on trash mobs before a big boss fight, 99% of the time, you should have enough to help you kill whatever needs to be killed. Even in the raids, it's not a big deal. You do an ammo run on one of the stages, wipe, then start with full heavy essentially. Not as convenient as ammo synths but, you still get what you need.

As someone who just finished getting the masterwork kills for his D.A.R.C.I, Borealis and Tractor Cannon. Yes, give us the ammo synths back, getting over 400 kills with the Borealis when absolutely nothing on the patrol map drops heavy ammo with any consistency is pure unadulterated tedium. While I've never personally had a problem during the raid, I haven't raided very much and that could just be good luck on my part and I can totally see why it'd be an issue there too. Give us an ammo crate outside each boss room, and next to the NPC Vendor in each zone and I reckon that'd cover it.

Please bungie accept our humble request!

We do need ammo synths back.. thats all that destiny 2 is missing in my humble opinion. too each there own.

Im guessing alot of the people in these comments dont raid. Its annoying to wipe after wipe when doing "heavy runs" in the boss room so every one can get full heavy, and its a waste of time. I hate the idea of relying on enemies to get ammo. The synthes in D1 were handy when you needed them, and the ammo system in D1 worked just fine. I want at least heavy synthes back.
-
yah bring em backackackack. then we can spend the at holiday for the cadilacacacac sparrow. lol really i would like ammo synths.

Изменено (Calliibrations): 6/18/2018 6:53:17 PMWhy not just do heavy chests in boss rooms for when people wipe? Edit: also stop with the changing heavy weapon deletes your ammo, it's a stupid system..
-
I honestly don't see a problem, I want a challange and don't want a cheap way out of it. So im good without Synths.
-
Why bother when ammo drops so often? When there's yellow-bar enemies, there's going to be a LOT of heavy ammo dropping, and you don't need to wait 10 minutes to refill it, either. As for those boss situations where there is no heavy ammo available, just throw everything you have at the boss and it'll die eventually.
-
same i think they should be brought back because i don't want to get killed every time i want to get heavy because there's always gonna be an enemy player on the other side with a shotgun just waiting for me to turn the corner .I would quite like them back ,even though they had a ten minute cooldown they were still good.
-
i think if we brought back ammo synths it would break the new weapon system in forsaken.
-
I'd like drops and/or capacity to be a little more generous. Trying to get the 150/150/150 kill count on Borealis is tedious. "Oh cool a purple crate! (3 rounds...) Doh!" Even just removing the "switch & lose" penalty would help. Wade from Winding Cove to Hades, flip your FLR from Arc to Solar, lose 70% of your ammo? That's crap. It's worse in strikes- I usually just pick a heavy based on the boss as soon I drop in so I'll have ammo at the end. I think SR's should get a mag bump too, though. Weapon balance overall is a little wacky.
-
On one hand I like the challenge of finding majors to stack up on heavy, so I'd be fine without them, but on the other hand I HATE wiping on a boss fight and using my trash kinetic and energy weapons to scrape off a tiny bit of health.
-
I wish they would bring back you're ghost collects ammo bricks for you, instead of running in hoard of mobs your ghost collects them. Its dumb bungie got rid of that in d2.
-
With this game being too casual already, I feel that we need to keep the ammo the way it is
-
No that was too fun and convenient. The ads have been complaining on their forums to Bungie to nerf our inventory so they did. No way we’re more important than the pve aliens :/
-
I hated waiting for the cool down on synths. It was really obnoxious when everyone had to sit and wait so they could pop another synth.
-
I am not saying the system we have now works but I hate the meta strategy usually consisting of firing off your heavy, then synth and firing off heavy again. It's dumb so I see why Bungie are trying to address that.
-
Heavy Ammo drops like candy now. Synths are redundant.
-
When ever I see the word synth, I always think of Fallout.

deffo m8 👍
-
yes ..gotta agree it made the game more fun....u know your doing whatever and then bamm bang on the heavy ...yeahhhhh up 4 tht 👍
-
Definitely don't need it, but emptying heavy to get boss down to one hit, then a blackout knight party kills you totally sucks.
