2-week Crucible restriction still NOT being lifted after 4 weeks

Upon the weekly reset on 5/16 I suddenly received a pop-up stating that I am temporarily restricted from Crucible for 2 weeks - see pop-up here. It's now been 4 weeks since the pop-up and I am STILL restricted. What is going on, Bungie? Is the Security Response Team on summer vacation? If you temporarily restrict players for an X amount of time, the least you can do is follow your own goddamn system and lift the restriction in a timely manner after the specified duration has passed. As much as I disagree with your totalitarian ways of completely disregarding the notion of "innocent until proven guilty" and throwing customer rights out the window by unilaterally restricting/banning players and giving them ZERO ways to contact you about it or defend themselves, if you decide to temporarily restrict players for an X amount of time, fine, so be it, but it better be for the X amount of time - nothing more, nothing less. I know I'm not the only one with this issue - see other posts like HERE1 or HERE2. It doesn't state anywhere in the restriction/ban policy that Bungie can conveniently ignore or delay the lifting of temporary restrictions once the duration has been fullfilled. And we all know this one-way policy is stupid and flawed. They've made mistakes before - all those undeserved bans at PC launch ring a bell? - and they could be doing something wrong again now. This is obviously some kind of issue with Bungie and their Security Response Team and needs to be looked at ASAP. ----- For the trolls/haters out there (this is Bnet, after all): According to the pop-up, I was restricted apparently due to an "unstable Internet connection which is negatively affecting other players." In my defense, there is clearly nothing wrong with my Internet connection, period. I run a wired connection to my PC with Open NAT (shown in-game) and there is not much else that can be improved on my end. Whatever "lag" I may have been reported for is simply a result of Bungie being incapable of maintaining a healthy population in Trials and constantly matching my team - who is located in Japan - against people located on the other side of the world (some of these being salty little streamers who lost and were obviously upset about it with all the hate messages they sent our team after the match ended). Bungie being so stubborn and persistent about not upgrading their current horrible networking infrastructure (i.e. matchmaking based on P2P instead of pure dedicated servers), for a major AAA title anyway, is also evident of this. Bungie , guess it's all my fault when YOUR game keeps matching me against laggy teams across the globe causing poor pings even if I happen to have a wired 900 Down / 500 Up local connection and I should get punished for something I have no control over and no way to defend myself. Very fair and justified /s As an avid fan of Destiny who has supported the game since it first launched 4 years ago with thousands of hours logged across both titles and numerous purchases made with all the expansion passes and microtransactions without any internet issues (until this restriction popped up), it is truly saddening to see a company treat some of its most hardcore dedicated customers this way.
