Sorry, I have been buried in other issues, so have not been able to get back to reporting results. But here goes... The issue resolved its self, after I restarted Destiny, not my console. So the issue was 100% related to Destiny. No other issues in any part of my environment, and I have a quite extensive IT setup in my home, given I have been a IT consultant for Fortunate 50 firms for over 30 years. Until I restarted Destiny the issue happened consistently about very 30 to 40 seconds, and I let the issue happen for almost an hour. I don't use wifi for gaming, actually 95% of my environment is wired, at least 1G internal to the house. I did check the cable modem statistics, and my router statistics, no errors, none. Moreover, no one else in the house reported any issues as well. The one thing I should have done, but did not have time to do, at the time, was setup wireshark to capture the network traffic for analysis. Kicking myself for not doing this, if their was ever a time, it should have been done, this was it. Dang it. Oh, even the Amazon Prime streaming had no issues during the same time, and yes, I do have sufficient bandwidth to do even more. It is often and typical to have someone in the house, playing at last 1 or 2 consoles, and someone else watching video streaming, and unlike some people report, I can count the number of times I have seen D1 or D2 PVP lag on my fingers... it is rare for me, even given the typical abuse of internet bandwidth. Oh, and this was only the second time I have ever seen Anteater, the first time, it happened twice in about 10 minutes and then for months no issues, until this event. What is interesting, is it has not yet happened again.
