repeated exotic from xür, please fix
I recently went to xur to by the isocronical engram and recieved a weapon that I have recieved and used a plethora of times. The engram states that I WILL get an exotic I don't own, unless I have all exotics, which I do not have. I do not have crimson, for example. I would like my shards back, or at the very least, a reroll of the engram.

The video would preferably show your Armor and Weapon Collections as well as you opening the Fated Engram[/quote] If you could respond with all you are missing, what character you received the engram on and if possible also provide a video of what happened, that would be immensely helpful towards their investigation.
