Mayhem Clash Bug?
I swear to god, I played a match of Mayhem Clash and there were these two Warlocks that just spam Nova Bombs like there is no cooldown on their super. Normally you get your super within like a couple of seconds but they get their supers nonstop that it's totally impossible to keep up. Is there some sort of glitch or something cuz it can get really annoying to people who wanna enjoy the game.

It's a bug wherein the super bar recharges faster than your grenade can drain it so the super bar just starts "blinking" causing the game to throw a nova bomb if you use your super while charging your grenade. Just a result of ability recharged rate mechanic, not really much they can do until after the dawning ends. If it makes you feel any better it's very impractical and not very useful if you are trying to win. It requires you change your button layout which I found very confusing and more often then not would either accidentally throw my grenade because I was trying to fire my gun or I would chuck my super trying to jump.
