First question: animated or live-action? And if animated, realistic CG or drawn?
Second question: single, large, overarching plot? Or individual short stories told one or two episodes at a time?

I think live-action best captures emotion, and there would be augmented Mo-cap CG for Exos (would be my vision for it). And to answer the second question it would be a mixture of the two. The over-arching plots would be the development of the Exos and the Exodus program, with some episodes focusing in on individual stories and only lightly touching on the overarching plot. For example, episode 2 or 3 would dive into the grimoire about the Vex simulation where the researchers are looking at the core and have to summon the warmind, and as a result of that experience, they consult Clovis Bray to hire security "exos" to protect Venus areas from the Vex. Things like that.
