Is there a way to get a refund after 72 hours?

Hello. I bought the game about 5 days ago and ever since then I completely regret this decision. I am playing on a gaming laptop that meets the requirements yet I still cannot play it properly mostly due to the "cannot set fullscreen on laptop" bug. It´s been over a week since the game is out and this still isn´t fixed. The only suggested "fix" is "windowed fullscreen" and that kills fps more than only "windowed". Not to mention...Since my laptop doesn´t know what to focus on if it´s not fullscreen, it keeps overheating. I barely even played the game and I am tired of waiting for a fix. As far as I´m concerned I didn´t pre-order but I spent 60 euros to actually play the game. I spoke to bnet support yesterday and they told me they only refund up to 72 hours and until level 6. I am level 5 but as I mentioned I have the game for around 5 days right now. I didn´t fight about it because I knew that update is coming but after seeing ZERO changes I just cannot have any more patience. Did someone face a similar problem and managed to get a refund anyway? I am in advance grateful for any help or advice...Just please don´t send me to technical support and stuff. There is no fix and there won´t be a fix for quite some time cause who even cares about laptops when you have this amazing 60 euros 4k game right?
