Patrolling has become 100% pointless again with all the empty chests I'm getting, including cayde and lost sectors. What is the exact length/parameters of the chest cooldown? Destiny 2 supposedly added more things to do, but I'm still running into empty chests. The order of public events, lost sectors, region chests, adventures, cayde stashes, and patrols don't seem to matter. I am still getting empty chests. At the very very least they should always give glimmer
