I've gone through all the network trouble shooting guides that are suggested and they have done nothing to fix the issue.
I even bought a new router and modem to replace my default Comcast duo combo after a friend of mine resolved this issue by doing the same thing.
Modem: Surfboard SB6183
Router: Netgear N600
This is the only game I have ever run into issues with playing. Please Bungie.
