The problem isn't the variety. (Although the Mida usage is alarming -- 98% used it for at least one Trials match this weekend)
The problem is how damned slow this game is. I've never played in such utterly campy trash before.

Изменено (Samantha): 9/26/2017 6:08:42 AMSure, 98% is crazy, but a nerf is absolutely not the answer. Mida has lots of things going for it that have nothing to do with its killing power. 1) Trials this week was played on a map extremely conducive to scout rifles. Lots of long, open sightlines. 2) The style of gameplay the whole Crucible has is extremely conducive to scout rifle usage -- rampant teamshotting, very little aggression. 3) Mida is extremely easy to acquire, and it drops at a high power level. 4) It's a familiar name in a game where all of our favorite guns from D1 have been taken away. None of those have anything to do with how good or bad the Mida is and each of those are great reasons to use it. Now, it's got some nice perks as well that further increase its attractiveness. The movement boost nicely counteracts the nerf to movement speed guardians received compared to D1 and the high aim assist is nice as well, but neither of those actually make the gun OP. Third Eye is a solid perk as well given the current meta. It's annoying to play team after team of Mida: x4, but I think the only option we have at this point is to just buff something else for god's sake.
