Anyone is welcome the only requirement is that you have a mic and speak English (doesn't have to be your first language), we have many active players who will often send you invites for a variety of activities and are looking to bolster our ranks in order to make it even easier to find people to play with. We like to get every Clan engram every week, and the clan as a whole does many raid completions each week, so if you miss out on raiding one day its very likely you will get the opportunity to join one the next day or even the same day.
