Kill Tracker Ghost missing with pre order

I pre ordered the limited edition from gamestop the week destiny 2 became available for pre order back in spring and since launch I have completed the campaign and reached level 20 but have not been able to receive my kill tracker ghost from shaxx. My pre order receipt from gamestop says that I am entitled to the kill tracker ghost and cold heart and salute emote and the only thing I have received out of all of those is the coldheart. I just called gamestop and they told me that they ran out of codes and are waiting on activision/bungie to supply them with more codes. I have read countless other topics about this same issue and I want to know why I am not able to access the kill tracker ghost or emote given the fact that I pre ordered in the correct timeframe. I have tried restoring my licenses and have tried numerous other troubleshooting solutions from other posts. It is just sad that I was promised something I paid for and then that promise was defaulted on by the supplier. If there are any other solutions I would be grateful to know

  • 1. Digital or disc? 2. What version of the game did you get? 3. How many codes did you put in? 4. Are you game-sharing with another account? 5. If you have a physical copy usually the coldheart code is separate and is in the box. 6. The ghost is exclusive to certain retailers (like GameStop) usually they hand out the code either: in the box, on the receipt when you bought it, or in a email saying you purchased it. Go check. 7. Bungie won't hand out free codes so don't bother asking. 8. Go to your downloads and tell me the details of each D2 item. 10. Do have lvl 20 character AND did that same character beat the campaign? 11. Did you go to Lord shaxx (for the ghost) and the Gunsmith (for the gun) or Amanda holiday in the tower (for the sparrow)? 12. Are you on Xbox or PS? 13. Which retailer did you buy it from?
