Funny. Mario, Link, Samus, Donkey Kong, Pac-Man and Solid Snake all didn't need voice actors to be good characters or to have great games. So if anyone hasn't been playing video games a long time, that would be you OP. Because clearly you didn't grow up in a time when there were no voice overs in video games.

And all of those games weren't really heavy in the cinematic department, eh?
-
That's my point. You didn't need cinematics to tell a story back then to tell a story. They still managed to engage you without the need of cincematics or voice overs and still convey a story. And what cinematics there were, they used in game graphics to tell the story. They didn't have separate, better looking graphics than the actual game play to tell the story.

But we're mute in all of them. Can you see what everyone's frustration is?
-
Nope. What I see are people complaining just to complain. The story in Destiny progressed from the Taken King on without your character talking. As a matter of fact people applauded the story telling from Taken King on.
Nope. What I see are people complaining just to complain.
No. No no. This is a real issue to some and they have frustrations with it. Just because you do not care whether our character has a voice or not, does not mean others shouldn't as well. D2 was an entirely new game, and it was not far fetched to at least expect our guardians to say something, anything again.
