The Hidden: Ch. 1
The Beginning 1.1
It began, as always, with the desire for power. A need to conquer, a hunger to consume. Inevitably, this led to conflict.
Humanity fought an endless war against the Darkness, until it was forced to unite against a power far greater than it had ever known. But even united, the Guardians left only destruction in their wake.
Despite their best efforts at survival, the Guardians of The Last City continue to march blindly to their imminent doom; unaware, that their misguided attempts at retaliation were only leading them ever closer to extinction.
They had thought us crippled by their weapons of light. But to survive is to endure and prosper. And we have most certainly survived.
The Iron Temple now stands as the last bastion for Humanity. A final, desperate defense in the face of impossible odds.
In a way, I pity them. But Humanity, as always, brought this war upon itself.

Изменено (SunPiercer23): 7/23/2017 8:35:46 AMTitan: Daemon-13's Log 1.0 Well, I just got back from one of my normal patrols. Actually, wait. It was far from normal - it was HELL! Not only was it just straight out boring, I got stuck with a rookie! This meant that I had to carry my fireteam with Seraph-7 and some other Guardian (who I don't care about to even mention). The rookie nearly got herself killed by a freaking Fallen Captain. Not to mention, she keeps bugging me when I'm trying to concentrate on the task at hand. She nearly got us BOTH killed as well. At this point, I've almost considered blowing my circuitry out my head, but that would mean abandoning my duties just for my benefit. She follows me like a stray dog inside and outside the temple. The only time when I get some me time is when I let her be 'it' in Hide and Seek. She also keeps rambling on about how we're "tighter than bark on a tree," or something like that. I don't do this much, but I'm literally praying to the Traveler to not be on anymore missions with Seraph.
