this game is 16+, why should we allow kids into raids?

Kids, adults, old people. No matter the age, there will always be annoying people. Did you just recently reach maturity or are you a old person who just hate including kids in anything you do?

Can people stop with the -blam!-ing age ratings for this game? Kids are playing GTA and that's much worse than Destiny and we don't talk about the -blam!-ing age rating on that. Destiny is a good game for kids. It has no cursing, you shoot aliens, and it has a PVP.

The question isn't about whether you should allow kids into your raids. If you read back over it, you'll see this entire post is about how you treat kids if you DO let them into your raid, or even just your party. It's about the fact that many adults are not behaving with maturity and having responsibility for the kids. Let me put it this way: Are you going to police the kids that are too young to be playing this game? No, it's not your responsibility, and there's really nothing we can do about it. But do we have a responsibility for ourselves and how we act when we play this game? Yes, we are always responsible for our own actions and words. If you prefer not to raid with kids in order to avoid this situation, that's fine. Even commendable. In that case, this post isn't about you. But if you do let a kid into your fireteam or party at some point... just remember to be civil to a 10 year old.

I am 14, and I have raided with more adults and have more adult friends than I do kid friends. I have no reason to raid with kids and others.

because some of us are actually good and can act right.
-
then go raid with other kids
-
I do and we have a great time!
