Agreed. My issues with mida are as follows:
1) something is blatantly off with its hit detection.
2) removing high caliber rounds from mida took away your ability to combat snipers. (At this point they should have renamed the gun mida tool instead of multitool).
3) upping the damage of high fire rate pulses was like a bad joke. Then to add insult to injury they put high caliber rounds on the damn thing and gave it to everyone.
If you don't believe me get a friend of equal skill or less. Tell them to put on the no skill streamer build (max armor clever with hc). Then you put on your mida and go into a private match. Battle at different ranges and then tell me how 'exotic' mida feels.

HIT DETECTION! Hell yes - I always presumed it was just my lag all those times I'd get a direct pinpoint shot and it would seem to go straight through them??? It seems to be worse at close to mid-range for some reason... While it doesn't help, I'm glad I'm not the only one noticing these things.

Btw dexter is correct. Mida has always been at least a 4 shot kill.

I'm referring to a report I read (yr2 I think) but I've certainly managed 3 shot kill with the mida (head-shots) on a guardian. But when you think about it for a scout rifle (and recognising that some of the sniper rifle impacts are even worse!), and more to the point an exotic scout rifle, it's pretty outrageous given the clever dragon (a legendary) can shred a guardian in one burst with combined body/head shots.
