I thought it was pretty simple. He already told you what not to do - don't use your posts to attack anyone. This includes call outs, "naming and shaming", etc. I'm sure you can refer to groups as they are, just not by seemingly targeting them. And this applies mostly to making a thread, by the way.
Also, you should've sent this question to the moderator involved. We weren't involved with the situation and can't completely be sure about the situation(even if you give proof). I would recommend you to clear this thread and take this problem to that particular moderator. Good day.

I targeted their actions, not them. Got banned. I'll leave the thread as is though thank you.

Изменено (Ahhsenberg): 1/17/2017 2:11:22 PMBringing this out into the public forums isn't going to do anything for you. If anything, posting this thread will get you into trouble than anything else. And be it someone's actions or just the person, you still can't do that. You're still targeting them.

Why will this thread get me into trouble, I'm asking a question of moderators (so not you) that can clarify that one can get a ban based upon criticising actions not people (even though it is the recommended form by think tanks and psychologists all over the world) and that forum uses could get banned for calling someone making racist or homophobic slurs a racist/homophobe or indeed saying that what they wrote was racist/homophobic (the latter obviously criticising the action and not the person). Most people apart from you would probably think that it would be okay to criticise racism. As I'm not stating anything as fact/opinions and only asking questions it would be a very extreme form of censorship to block this thread.

Изменено (Ahhsenberg): 1/17/2017 7:17:55 PMWhat are you talking about? No one said you can't criticize things. However, there's a difference between fairly critiquing something and outright bashing it. You can't come out and say something along the lines of "screw all of the bastards that think this way because it's bad". Sure, certain things are bad, but there's ways of discussing it without being so abrasive. And the reason why I'm saying you can get into trouble with this thread is because you're not really allowed to discuss moderation decisions in the public forums. This is between you and the moderator involved. Anyway, like I also said before, we don't know for sure what happened. It's pointless to discuss this with anyone besides the moderator.
You can't come out and say something along the lines of "screw all of the bastards that think this way because it's bad"
Never did that.
Anyway, like I also said before, we don't know for sure what happened
It is all there so actually we do know what happened, you are choosing to ignore it.
What are you talking about? No one said you can't criticize things. However, there's a difference between fairly critiquing something and outright bashing it
If someone makes a racist post it is fairly criticising it to say, "That's racist" without getting banned.

Изменено (Ahhsenberg): 1/17/2017 7:25:40 PMI'm ignoring it for a reason. You might've put everything in your post. You might've only said that. The point is that no one knows for certain besides for you and the moderator. Any questions you have from a moderating decision should be sent to that moderator.

Изменено (Ahhsenberg): 1/17/2017 8:01:06 PMBecause I'm trying to avoid you from getting into any further issues and giving you a way into getting the answer/s you're looking for. By the way, you weren't very clear on what you even did in the first place. I apologize for any false conclusions I may have came to. I was basing the situation on the moderators(the trusted viewpoint) view. Whatever you do end up doing, good luck. Hope you get things resolved.
