I think dismantling raid gear and weapons should offer an additional SIVA key fragment. I also think that faction leveling should be altered during the same time as Trials. Those who run trials and are skilled can get up to max light gear/weapons or near max light (obviously it's set to drop at or just above your level). At the very least you have the chance to get nice loot rewards that are better than your current light. This leaves a huge set of gamers out of the loop and at a disadvantage. The fix? During the time frame of trials any faction leveling has a chance to drop up to max light level gear/weapons (comparable to trials drops). Just my thoughts.
