Hopefully you can help. So I preordered ROI a month ago and I went and got it yesterday. Thing is I received my Ghorn and Gjallerwing. I did t receive rise of iron but the $30 Microsoft credit. I can't use this credit to purchase it on Xbox Store because it keeps on showing "Working" each time I click on it. I can't use any of the preorder bonuses nor can't I play ROI. Hopefully you could clean this up since Bungie and Microsoft seems to be ignoring us.

  • Nobody is intentionally ignoring you I can promise that. Microsoft is just a company with a lot more on its plate and Bungie is currently occupied getting Destiny 2 ready for go. Everyone is just busy and this is just a hard time to get answers. It is not like the drought from Year 1 to 2 where they were doing everything they could to reach out. Anyway, since "Working" isn't really triggering any flags for me, I would just make sure it is not in your download que and, if it is, clear it. If not, restart the Xbox and clear the system cache. You are trying to reset the microsoft store so it does not keep trying to "work" since there is something going wrong in the process. Let me know if this does not work and I will come up with a new strategy.
