I have been unable to purchase this. I had a preorder for it about a month ago from GameStop. Apparently, something stupid happened and it was cancelled, had to do with something with the payment. Regardless, I went into my GameStop several times and asked very clearly if I still had my ROI preorder, and they assured me each time that I did and I'd get an email. Well, now I am screwed out of the preorder bonuses, I went out and bought the 35$ code. When I try and buy it from the store itself, all it says is "rise of iron is currently unavailable". She. I try and purchase from the destiny in game screen, it tells me "query failed, could not connect to Xbox store at this time. All new silver purchases will be available next time you sign in". The only title o can buy that includes ROI right now is the collection title. Which I'm not paying for content I already own just to play something I should have had successfully preordered a month ago, all if those several GameStop employees told me that my preorder was cancelled. Because according to the held line I spoke to, it was cancelled the same day I placed it. So it was cancelled each time I asked about it. Is there anything I can do to play this tonight without dropping another $30???

From what I understand this should not be happening to you. Be sure you reset your console and clear the caches of your console. I would use microsofts live help site to get the resolution you deserve. I am so sorry about this.

I pre ordered rise of iron and I got enough funds to pay for it, but when I went to the pre order addition in the store it said this item was currently unavailable and I'm not paying for the collection just to have one dlc

Technically the system is right since the Pre-Order is no longer available after the game was released. The funds should still be on your account you will just need to find the purchase piece for the Rise of Iron dlc without the pre-order attached onto it. Does that make sense? I've written so many replies like this I feel like it makes sense to me but might not for you.
