My Mom is Ruining My RoI Launch Day
It's pretty bad that I'm 32 years old, I have been married and divorced, had kids, had a career, and I live in my own house.
But ever since I had a motorcycle accident that paralyzed me, and I now live in my own since the divorce, she comes over and helps me take care of things that I can't do so easily. I can do most of it, but she insists on doing it. Usually, after she gets done, "my tv" then becomes "her tv".
Well, I just finished the quest to get year 3 Gjallarhorn and she says, "Are you done with that level or whatever now?" I would've lied, but she's not that dumb.
So now, I'm stuck watching murder mystery documentaries on Investigation Discovery. Because her husband hates those shows, she comes over to my house to watch them. I'm addicted to them to, but I'm a little more addicted to Destiny. Right now, all I want to do is play all of the RoI content that I can get in tonight.
I thought that when you grew up and moved out of your patents house, you got to decide what you did with your own tv. I guess not. That's what a lot of you still living at home, that can't wait to grow up and move out, have to look forward to. It doesn't change a whole lot.
[spoiler]No, I'm just kidding. It doesn't bother me that much. My mom helps me out a lot. The least I can do is let her watch her favorite shows on my tv for a while, but as soon as she's gone, I'll be right back at it.[/spoiler]

2 отв.I feel ur pain. Been dating this chick for a year now and all I hear is destinys stupid destinys dumb why you playing destiny. Then once I get rise of iron she all of a sudden likes destiny. Which is cool but we only have one TV n Xbox. So now I got to share. Today I'm off work and woke up at 8 played destiny then at like 11 she wanted to play. Almost 4 now....kinda bored. She doesn't work right now so I kinda wish shed feel the need to play when I'm at work

You can stream your Xbox to any pc on the same network. You just need a usb to hook up a controller to that pc.

I've got your solution guardian. 1. Send her a text tonight saying your TV broke. A couple of options may arise from this tiny white lie. Option A: she text back saying "I'm so sorry son I'll have you a replacement tomorrow" While option A looks like a winner, Be wary. Yes you get another TV but she's still gonna sit down and watch it and you just can't go in the next room and hook your ps4 to your "broken" tv. Option B: she text's you back saying"I'm so sorry son I hope you can get it fixed soon" yeah no free tv but She still shows up to knock out a few chores and then splits. Leaving you to play destiny as long as you want. Hope this helps guardian! Just make sure that tv won't turn on when she shows up. (Flip a breaker, disable plug etc...)

I would recommend investing in a monitor. I went from tv to monitor and the difference is very noticeable

Buy an extra TV. That way Mom can watch her programs and you can play your games.
