What if we had already put our code in before we read this and didn't load the proper funds up before hand? I am at work right now so haven't had a chance to play around with it. I had put my code in yesterday and realize then it seemed kinda wonky. My buddy texted me this morning since he had done the same yesterday and didn't preload more $ into his account. He said you had to search for something like "Rise of Irons - Preorder" and then if you had put your code in earlier it would let you "buy" it. He only found that one by searching for is specifically. Maybe that will help some that may have jumped the gun yesterday and not went thru you steps.
