Dead Orbit hates me?
I have put so many resources into ranking up into Dead Orbit. Ever since the April update came out I've aimed to get all Spektar Heliopause gear and well I didn't play much when it came out but then in about late June I did, unlocked the Spektar Heliopause Arms, Chest, Boots and even the cloak and each armor piece came after every package so I was expecting i'd get the helmet after I got the cloak unfortunately I didn't and this has continued on and on. I have ranked up about 10-15 more times after I got the cloak and it's given me almost every Dead Orbit weapon but the auto rifle and every Spektar gear I already had but the Spektar helmet. I've recently hit rank 40 and I don't know how much more I have to do just to get a Spektar Heliopause helmet before Rise of Iron comes out. Is it just an extreme lower chance to obtain one then the other Spektar pieces?

It's all random, unfortunately. You could rank up 20 times and get the same gun and helmet 15 of those times and your buddy can do it once and get a super rare jumpship and god-roll weapon.
