Can we stop focusing on what your opponents are using?
Subclass, loadouts, etc. Doesn't matter. Forget what they're using and focus on the guns in your hand and the skills you have equipped and how you can best use them to kill your opponents. Remember that you chose to use those weapons/skills for a reason - now go make the best use of them as you can.
Be aware of what they have and what they're doing so you can try to counter it, but stop being so overly focused on things you can't control.

1 ответWth, no focus on what they have because you can get a better idea of how they will play. Saying to not focus on a loadout is like telling a government spy to not spy on the enemy team. You get so much information from what they use, so use that to your advantage. But of course adapt to the situation too.

1 ответTrue words here. Every once in a while when I do seem to get beat by the same guardian using the same loadout, I do like seeing what they have on so maybe I can try it in another time. Example: Monday night last day of iron banner: kept getting murked by a warlock using a hand cannon. Turns out he had a rather potent TDYK. obviously I don't have one, but now I'm really wanting one to drop for me. As for how did I counter him eventually, I tried my best to keep my distance and outgunned him with a scout rifle. (Colovance's duty) that and a skip grenade to help clean up the kill should I fail.

Exactly how I think about it. More importantly, I don't really follow the meta and just have fun with whatever weapons I feel like using at the time.

1 ответJust say what I used to say when I was a supervisor at a high paced shipping facility " If you don't like it quit" . People were always worried about everyone else instead of focusing on themselves. Problem is that people always think someone or something else is always to blame.

I use what works for me. If that means I'm using the dirtiest of the meta so what! It's what I want to use. If I want to run some sucky auto rifle and a fusion rifle and I do super well, guess what? I'm hacking or the weapons I'm using need a nerf. No, it's called being good at the game. Grow up and learn how to read your opponents and counter them.

1 ответJust kill the opponents and cap zones and try to win. Win some, lose some. Thing that concerns me more this IB is how crappy the weapon drops have been post-game. Out of over 50 matches on both consoles, I've had one sniper to drop (total), no primary. I've had a few gauntlets and boots, but only the one weapon. I've bought the vendor weapons on both consoles. I'm only seeing an average of about 1 weapon every third or fourth game for anyone. It has been very sucky this month.

5 отв.What ever we get killed by is what we complain about. Just think about it. If we left the game how it is right now I would be happy. Which kind of resolves absolutely nothing, because this means that the enemy will simply 1up me, and now bring 2 snipers to the table. Etc etc. I can not focus on what I want to use, as long my opponent forces me to use a very specific loadout. And it's not even my opponent, it's actually Bungie's clueless balancing team.

Yes, understanding your weapon and subclass to become the quintessential guardian is important. Unfortunately, if you don't understand your opposition then you can no longer use foresight to your advantage. If you aren't paying attention to the feed, you don't know who used their super, when, and who was able to pick up their orbs. Does this guy I'm baiting have 2 grenades? When was the last time he used one? My point being that you should have your fundamentals locked down already. You already know how to play. You know how [i]you[/i] play. If you have a team, you know how they play. Those are fundamentals. When they become concrete you can stop focusing on yourself and start asking the tougher questions about what the enemy is going to do, and begin to counter it before they even get the opportunity to carry out their most viable strategy. This is simply a difference in philosophical approaches to gunfights in a virtual world, so there's no need for anyone to get upset here. I do have 10 years of experience in division 1 PSP/NPPL/NXL paintball, and 1 year professional. I'm simply relaying what I learned during that time. Edit: My grammar is awesome.

I only care if I more then 1 person in the enemy team is using mida. As a jade rabbit user dealing with 2 mida users either back to back or at the same time is difficult, and I've challange and one 3 snipers scoping the same lane. But if I lose to the mida at least 3 times I switch to my mida or my tlaloc and train wreck the enemy
