Ninjas and Mods. Please read.
I keep getting PM banned because some immature child keeps spam reporting me based on the pure fact that he doesn't like me and that he is a "[i]troll[/i]". This is where there should be "[i]Ninja Justice[/i]".

Ninjas go through that list. The post is then reviewed. If the posts violates [b]any[/b] part of COC and TOU, you will get banned. If saying the word "blue" is against the rules and within you and your friends you really could care less if anyone says blue but you called someone blue and as a joke some people reported you, you can still and will get a ban or reprimand. Joking or not, weather it's okay with your group of friends or not, if it's against COC and TOU, it's against it. That isn't up for debate.

I'm pretty sure the ninjas can't issue a ban until they see an injustice. Just because he reports you for whatever reason doesn't mean they ban you.
