What race and character build are you going for?

I'm a couple hours in now, and I'm a Nord who's going to be stealthy with a dagger and bow, and will use magic once things stop being, uh, stealthy.
-
You should have been a dark elf if you were going for that.
-
I'm not worried about that. I choose what race I feel like being and want to be. I'm not concerned with what's best. I play on the easiest difficulty.

But...but...
too easy 4 me. Challenge keeps you on your toes.
-
If I want a challenge, I'll play Ninja Gaiden. I'm not looking for something difficult when I play Skyrim...
-
But you can like.. One shot everything on Novice. Trust me, the most fun build for me is Sword/Shield main throughout the game, starting on Adept and slowly working to Master after you pass 40 or 30. Duelling Legendary Bandit Chiefs as my level 80 in Sword/Shield combat is one of the most fun things in the game because the enemy is competent, and will use bashes, power attacks, attacking pressure.. It's just fun.

I don't care to look up what the best armor is, what the best weapons are, what the best skills to level up are, what the best race for my playstyle is, or any of that. I'm playing the game to have a world to be in, to have an experience. Not a challenge. Choosing certain races, armor or weapons to be able to deal with the difficulty of the game is not something I want to have to do. It may be better to be a Breton since I use magic a lot when I get seen, but I want to be a Nord. It might be better to have Ebony armor, but I want to show off my Dark Brotherhood colours. It may not be best to hack and slash with Astrid's Blade of Woe dagger that is as slow as a sword, but that's what I'm going to do, because I want to.
Sorry if this seemed overly aggressive btw.
I'm not suggesting you change your playstyle. I'm just suggesting that at least adept would be a suitable difficulty for a fun and immersive play through. :)
-
That's why I choose adept. I don't want it to be really hard but I hate when things are absolute pushovers.
-
Well as I don't care much about what the best skill trees, weapons, or armor are, not everything is a pushover when I play.
