Okay I didn't bother to read this way to long [ost because you got a major fact wrong at the very start.
Kabar never made it out of VoG he was lost to it and used the last of his light to create the agieas.
There was 1 survivor and that was Panaham the one who made Super Good Advise.

Kabr said, "If I speak again, I am not Kabr." Sure the Guardian we know as Kabr ceased to exist at that point, but his body corrupted by drinking Vex Mind fluid could still exist and go on to become the first Vex unit and model on which all other Vex are created. Atheon would already know that Kabr's body is the first "proto-Vex" unit, and could send him to the past or the future to create the Vex in the first place. Atheon would do this because his very existence and the Vex's existence as a whole means that it has already been done.

Another way to see that is he is actually the ageis shield and he speaks when we use it .
-
Well sure, but the lore says that he used the last of his light to forge the shield. We don't know if that directly caused his death or not. And he doesn't speak as the Aegis. It's just a shield relic. There's no metaphor there. He meant that if his body actually spoke words again he was no longer himself, he was corrupted into an agent of the Vex.

Bro. His dead body is in the vault. Pahanin is the skeleton in the chest room in the middlenof the maze.
-
No, that's Praedyth. Pahanin made it out of the vault alive and made the Super Good Advice because he was so scared of travelling alone after his experiences. He was later killed by Dredgen Yor.

Ah. My mistake. Thank you for correcting me.
