You can afford a 350 dollar console, a 60 dollar game, a 20 dollar controller, but not Internet? Gaming is an expensive hobby, and your internet connection is vital, especially with the direction that games are moving these days. It's like a piece of equipment that you need to invest in. Lastly, there are ways to improve your connection without purchasing hardly anything. Optimizing settings and hard wiring your console's connection can do a wonder on your connection sometimes. Good luck, but remember that everyone is selfish. Nobody is on your side, meaning that the last thing that they want is for your connection to ever hurt their experience.

Simple, Bungie is doing what's more fair. Does it suck that people with bad Internet connections will now be penalized? Yes, but do you know what sucks more? Having 6 guardians on the other team being penalized for your connection. You may say, "Now it'll just be all about who can pay for the best connection". And while there's a LITTLE bit of truth to that, it's the only fair choice. The incentive is in the right place now, People will try to clear their Internet connections of other devices whilst gaming, which used to give them an advantage.

Pay for better internet BOOM problem solved. I pay $90 a month for ONLY internet. 150 Mbps consistently though. NEVER have issues

XB/PS, get a P/T job, deliver newspapers, wash some cars, or mow your neighbors lawn or walk their dog. Sounds like your mom needs a well deserved break and to momentarily escape reality, not you, why don't you try and give her a break by contributing something, it seems her life is tough, and your making it more difficult. I've seen 10 year olds take up jobs like delivering newspapers etc, you're 14, whilst you may still be young, you should really take on a little responsibility considering what your mom seems to be doing just so you can have shitty internet. No sympathies here. Edit - According to PSN trophies, he has a PS4, Destiny with TTK, Fallout 4, Black Ops 3, Bloodborne to name a handful of recent games. Of course he also needs PSplus and XB gold. Wow... This kid needs to be ashamed of himself.

I held jobs during high school. I also worked mostly full time throughout 10 years of college. I would recommend you consider the same. Your mother sounds like an amazing and strong woman. Maybe getting a 16 hour a week job and helping to pay for the internet is one way to thank and support her.

And it doesn't have to be a job that requires a work permit... Rake leaves, wash cars, carry trash... If your mom cancelled the internet and sold one of those consoles she could maybe cut back a bit...

If you are teleporting like you have super powers, you should no be able to damage me when I can even hit you. The problem is that ppl with poor Internet have had an advantage due to not taking damage and teleporting across the map. Everyone is crying, "they're discriminating against users with bad internet", when in reality they are just taking away the advantage that you have been given til now. This is how it should always have been.
